Lukoil raises stake in JV with Gazprom Layavozhneftegaz to 50%
MOSCOW, Jun 29 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Lukoil has increased its stake in a joint venture with gas giant Gazprom Layavozhneftegaz to 50% from 1%, as seen by PRIME in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities materials on Wednesday.
Lukoil’s subsidiary Lukoil Komi bought 49% of the company from Gazprom Dobycha Krasnodar on Monday.
